I acknowledge that I have ever fallen into the easy trap to publish a negative post when I had a problem with Lotus that had irritated me. Now it's time to make a positive post. I had a problem yesterday with my Lotus Traveler server. I couldn't resolve the issue. I opened a PMR at 17.00 p.m. and at 18:00 p.m. I had a support engineer in Spanish on the phone. I mailed some error screenshots and the next day at 10:00 am I had a fix in my mailbox. I can even say that this
 fix for the Lotus Traveler server is not yet available on Fix Central. Is 20100305_1210 but I think I'm not allowed to say where you can get it. A nice story I wanted to share with you. Thanks Lotus EMEA support, :)

Reconozco que alguna vez he caído en la trampa fácil de publicar una entrada cuando he tenido un problema con Lotus que me ha irritado. Ahora es tiempo de publicar una historia positiva. Ayer tuve un problema con mi servidor Lotus Traveler que no conseguía resolver. Abrí un PMR a las 17,00 p.m.  y a las 18.00 p.m. tenía a un ingeniero de soporte en español al teléfono. Envié por correo unas pantallas indicando el error y a las 10,00 a.m. del día siguiente tenía una solución en formato zip para el servidor en mi buzón de correo. Incluso puedo decir que este fix para el servidor todavía no está disponible en Fix Central. Es el 20100305_1210 pero creo que no estoy autorizado a decir dónde se puede obtener.
