Con esto lo solucionas directamente en la plantilla:

1. Launch Domino Administrator Client
2. Open [File] tab.
3. Change the file type to "Templates only" in "Show me" box.
4. Open iwaredir.ntf.
5. Select a 22nd doc in All view.
6. Open document properties.
7. Confirm "$LANGUAGE" field is "ja" on [Fields] tab.
8. Execute "Copy As Link" - "Document Link" from [Edit] file
menu.
9. Launch Domino Designer.
10. Open "Resources" - "About Document".
11. Paste the copied doc link to first location on the left
side.
12. Save and close iwaredir.ntf and then quit Designer.

Yo he probado y luego he realizado convert de la BBDD y listo
